By using Real N Raw Merch or placing an order, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement or have permission from a parent or guardian.

Orders and payment

Products are made to order. Available products, options, prices, taxes, shipping charges, and payment methods are shown at Shopify checkout. Provide accurate contact and delivery details and review your size and options before paying. If an order cannot be fulfilled or contains an obvious pricing error, we will contact you and refund any payment for a cancelled order.

Production, delivery, and returns

Production and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy; international customs can affect timing. Bulk and tournament orders receive a confirmed schedule in writing before production. Misprints, damage, incorrect items, refunds, and the one-time size exchange are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy. These policies do not limit any mandatory consumer rights.

Artwork and website content

Our branding, designs, and website content belong to Real N Raw Merch or their respective owners. You may not copy or resell them without permission. If you upload artwork, you confirm that you have the rights to use it and authorize us and our production partner to use it only to prepare and fulfill your order. We may decline unlawful or rights-infringing content.

Responsible use and limitations

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or submit fraudulent orders. Product colors and decoration may vary slightly from screen previews. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses; nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
