THE CLUBHOUSE RULES (a.k.a. Returns & Refunds)

Every Real N Raw product is printed to order — it doesn't exist until you hit buy. That changes the math on returns, so here's the honest version:

Misprints, damaged, or wrong item — that's on us. Send a photo and we'll reprint or refund it. No interrogation, no forms in triplicate. If we screwed it up, we fix it. Full stop.

Wrong size / changed your mind — final sale, with one exception. Because your shirt was made for YOU and can't go back on a rack, correct orders are final sale. BUT if it's unworn with tags still on, we'll do a one-time size exchange within 14 days of delivery. Email us and we'll make it work.

How long until it arrives? Print-on-demand means 2–5 business days to print + 3–5 business days to ship. Total: 5–10 business days. Every order has tracking.

How to start a return or exchange: Email realnrawmerch@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue (if any). We reply within 1–2 business days.
